Jewel Valley
Topographical aerial imagery created with blues, greens and whites, I had fun with this on top of paste I had randomly dried on the canvas for depth. Swirls of acrylic paint are layered using a pouring paint technique that allows the paints to blend in a unique way, which I disturb using oils and movement to create unusual textures and patterns that give the sense of a tropical aerial region.
80cms (31.5”) x 60cms (24”) x 1cm (1/2”), unframed.
Signed.
